Our motto is “We strive to Raise the Standards of Excellence” and we are very sincere about this commitment.  It is our goal to help each and every tribal member who is affected by HIV/AIDS whether they be individuals living with the disease or friends and family members directly involved with an individual who is living with HIV/AIDS.

 

Did you know that Native Americans and Alaskan Natives have the third highest rate of HIV infection in the United States?

 

Ti-chee is able to support, educate, instruct and train members of 5 tribal governments through a grant from the Indian Health Service.  However, Ti-chee also has an operations and essential services budget which is only partially covered by this grant.

We depend on private, tribal, and corporate donations to cover 60% of our infrastructure, support, and field expenses.  Every donation no matter how small, goes to work toward supporting our clients here at home, which in turn supports the surrounding communities.  The work we do is extremely important and as a federally recognized organization, it is imperative that we succeed.

 

We are asking everyone who reads these words to search deep into your hearts, and we would ask you to please help us in our work by digging deep into you pockets and donate whatever you can so that we can continue our very important work with Native American/Alaskan Native people in our fight against life threatening disease in Indian Country.
