The primary purpose of Ti-chee (tuh-chee) is to offer assistance, service and support to Native Americans with health disparities caused by HIV/AIDS, STIs, HEPC, Substance & Alcohol Abuse.  This is also inclusive of their spouses, partners, friends, and close family members regardless of cultural differences. In addition to this ongoing work we have begun our focus on the education/prevention of sexual child abuse both locally and abroad for the protection of our children and youth. 

 

Our primary objective is to offer critical Rapid HIV Testing to members of the Native Community, assist those members who have reactive tests, and help them develop a coping strategy that will enable them to understand their diagnosis and how to create a system of support that includes a healthy diet, access to treatment, and achievement of  balance in their life utilizing the Native American Medicine Wheel.  Our doctrine is referred to as “The Circle of Life”  which will be described in detail in this website or you can download our convenient pamphlets which not only explain this cultural aspect of TI-chee’s teaching techniques, but also offers a very sound knowledge base of HIV/AIDS, STIs, and Substance Use.

Boxes of Light - Is the page created for our latest project “Boxes of Light - A Native Children’s Storytelling Project” specifically created for the education and prevention of sexual child abuse on a global level.

Testing - is the fifth page and lists our Rapid HIV Testing facilitation and will be listing upcoming information on our new Rapid HCV Testing which will be available in a cooperative effort with the Washington State Department of Health later this year.
